🚚 How do I track my order?
At TELECAJAS SHOP, we want you to be informed about the status of your order at all times. Below, we explain the different ways to track your shipment.
1. Shipping confirmation email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the following information:
- Your package tracking number
- Direct link to track your shipment on the carrier's website
- Assigned transport company
Simply click on the tracking link included in the email and you can see in real time where your order is.
2. From your customer account
If you made your purchase with a registered account, you can check the status of your order at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your account in our store
- Go to the "My Orders" or "Order History" section
- Select the order you wish to view
- Click on the tracking number to see the updated shipment status
3. Order status page
After completing your purchase, you will have received a link to the order status page . You can access it at any time from your purchase confirmation email. On this page you will see:
- Current order status (confirmed, in preparation, shipped, delivered)
- Carrier tracking information
- Delivery address
4. Order statuses
Your order may go through the following stages:
- Order confirmed: We have received your order successfully.
- In preparation: We are preparing your package in our warehouse.
- Shipped: Your order is already on its way with the carrier.
- Out for delivery: The carrier is currently delivering to your area.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

If you can't find the shipping confirmation email, we recommend:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Please verify that the email address associated with your order is correct.
- Please wait a few hours, as sometimes the email delivery may take a short time.
