🚚 How do I track my order?

At TELECAJAS SHOP, we want you to be informed about the status of your order at all times. Below, we explain the different ways to track your shipment.

1. Shipping confirmation email

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the following information:

  • Your package tracking number
  • Direct link to track your shipment on the carrier's website
  • Assigned transport company

Simply click on the tracking link included in the email and you can see in real time where your order is.

2. From your customer account

If you made your purchase with a registered account, you can check the status of your order at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account in our store
  2. Go to the "My Orders" or "Order History" section
  3. Select the order you wish to view
  4. Click on the tracking number to see the updated shipment status

3. Order status page

After completing your purchase, you will have received a link to the order status page . You can access it at any time from your purchase confirmation email. On this page you will see:

  • Current order status (confirmed, in preparation, shipped, delivered)
  • Carrier tracking information
  • Delivery address

4. Order statuses

Your order may go through the following stages:

  • Order confirmed: We have received your order successfully.
  • In preparation: We are preparing your package in our warehouse.
  • Shipped: Your order is already on its way with the carrier.
  • Out for delivery: The carrier is currently delivering to your area.
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

📧 Haven't you received the follow-up email?

If you can't find the shipping confirmation email, we recommend:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder
  • Please verify that the email address associated with your order is correct.
  • Please wait a few hours, as sometimes the email delivery may take a short time.

¿Cómo puedo rastrear mi pedido?
Una vez que tu pedido haya sido enviado, recibirás un correo electrónico con el número de seguimiento y un enlace directo para rastrear tu envío. También puedes consultar el estado desde tu cuenta de cliente en la sección "Mis pedidos".
¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
El tiempo de entrega depende del destino y el método de envío seleccionado. Generalmente, los pedidos nacionales se entregan en 24-72 horas laborables. Recibirás un email con el número de seguimiento para que puedas rastrear tu pedido en todo momento.
¿No he recibido el email de seguimiento, qué hago?
Si no has recibido el email con el número de seguimiento, te recomendamos: revisar tu carpeta de spam o correo no deseado, verificar que la dirección de email asociada a tu pedido es correcta, y esperar unas horas ya que a veces el envío del correo puede demorarse. Si el problema persiste, contacta con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente.

¿Cuál es la política de devoluciones?
Plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción. Los productos deben estar sin uso, en embalaje original; hay excepciones como productos personalizados, tarjetas regalo y artículos en oferta/liquidación.
