How long does a Telecajas order take to arrive?

We answer your questions about delivery times, tracking and what to do if your order is delayed.

Estimated delivery times

Normally, your Telecajas order takes between 24 and 48 business hours to the Peninsula. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the period is usually 2 to 4 business days, depending on the carrier and the area. (No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla)

  • Deadlines are counted in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak demand (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take a little longer.
  • If an item indicates pre-order or special delivery time, shipping will begin when it becomes available.

What is the minimum order for Free Delivery?

  • At TeleCajas we offer free shipping on orders from €30 (minimum purchase amount).

    If your order reaches or exceeds €30, you will enjoy delivery at no additional cost and with our usual delivery times of 24/72 business hours in the Peninsula.

    For orders under €30, the corresponding shipping costs will apply, which you can clearly see before finalizing the purchase.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking link. From that link, you will be able to see the real-time status.

  2. Click on "View tracking".
  3. Check the estimated date and carrier events.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

First, check the tracking link. If 5 business days have passed since the estimated date without any updates, contact us so we can help you with the carrier.

When will my order leave the warehouse?

Orders confirmed and paid before 5:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) leave the warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends leave on the next business day.

The indicated delivery dates are estimates based on the usual performance of carriers. During periods of high demand —Christmas campaigns (November and December) or Black Friday— delivery times may be extended by an additional 24-48 hours.

How do I track my shipment?

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. From there, you can see in real time where your package is and when delivery is expected.

If after 48 business hours you have not received the order or the tracking code, write to us at pedidos@telecajas.com or call us at +34 665 53 23 58 and we will handle it immediately.

Is shipping free?

Yes, above a certain order amount, shipping is completely free throughout the Spanish Peninsula and continental Portugal. For small orders or special areas (Balearic Islands), a shipping fee applies, which is automatically calculated in the cart before confirming payment.

What happens if the package arrives damaged or items are missing?

In the unlikely event that the order arrives damaged or incomplete, photograph the condition of the package upon opening it and contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt. We will process the claim with the carrier and send you the affected items at no additional cost.
