When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will be delivered within 24/72 hours:
Note: 90% of our deliveries are made within 24 hours, in the main cities of the peninsula. Non-delivery within 24 hours does not entitle you to any type of compensation.
Note b: Please note that these are working days.
- Note 1: Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following business Monday/Wednesday.
- Note 2: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, and therefore delivered between Tuesday and Thursday.
- Note 3: In case of bank holidays due to the long weekend, it must be taken into account that delivery may be delayed for a few more days due to the lack of routes in the transport agencies.
- Note 4: NO SHIPMENTS ARE MADE TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA OR MELILLA, OR ANY OTHER DESIGH THAT REQUIRES CUSTOMS OR DUA DOCUMENTATION.
- Note 5: Orders that due to their volume must be shipped in pallet units will be sent by conventional transport and may take a few more days to deliver.
- Note 6: Shipments to the Balearic Islands entail an additional transit time of 1 or 2 days.

At TeleCajas.com , shipping is express and FREE if you spend over €30 (VAT included) to all of Spain and mainland Portugal. Shipping to the Balearic Islands carries a flat rate of €16.50 (VAT included).
