How long does it take for a Telecajas order to arrive?

We answer your questions about delivery times , tracking , and what to do if your order is delayed.

Estimated delivery times

Normally, your Telecajas order takes between 24 and 48 business hours in the Peninsula. For shipments to the Balearic Islands , delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days , depending on the carrier and the area. (We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.)

  • Time limits are counted in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take a little longer.
  • If an item indicates a reservation or special deadline , shipping will begin when it is available.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

  • At TeleCajas we offer free shipping on orders over €30 (minimum purchase amount).

    If your order reaches or exceeds €30, you will enjoy free delivery with our usual delivery times of 24/72 working hours in the Peninsula.

    For orders under €30, the corresponding shipping costs will be applied, which you will be able to see clearly before finalizing the purchase.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

First, check the tracking link. If 5 business days have passed since the estimated delivery date and there's no update, contact us so we can help you with the carrier.

When will my order leave the warehouse?

Orders confirmed and paid for before 1:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped from the warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

The delivery dates shown are estimates based on typical carrier performance. During peak periods—such as the Christmas season (November and December) or Black Friday—delivery times may be extended by an additional 24-48 hours.

How do I track my shipment?

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. From there, you can see in real time where your package is and when it is expected to be delivered.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is completely free to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal for orders over a certain amount. For small orders or special areas (Balearic Islands), a shipping fee applies, which is automatically calculated in the shopping cart before you confirm payment.

What happens if the package arrives damaged or items are missing?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please photograph the package upon opening and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will file a claim with the carrier and send you the affected items at no additional cost.
