How long does a Telecajas order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times

Normally, your Telecajas order takes between 24 and 48 business hours within the Peninsula. For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days, depending on the carrier and the area. (No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla)

  • Deadlines are counted in business days (do not include weekends or holidays).
  • During peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery may take a little longer.
  • If an item indicates pre-order or special lead time, shipping will begin when it is available.

What is the minimum order for Free Delivery?

  • At TeleCajas, we offer free shipping on orders from €30 (minimum purchase amount).

    If your order reaches or exceeds €30, you will enjoy free delivery with our usual delivery times of 24/72 business hours within the Peninsula.

    For orders under €30, corresponding shipping costs will apply, which you can clearly see before completing your purchase.

When will my order leave the warehouse?

Orders confirmed and paid before 5:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) leave the warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

The indicated delivery dates are estimates based on typical carrier performance. During periods of high demand—Christmas campaigns (November and December) or Black Friday—delivery times may extend by an additional 24-48 hours.

How do I track my shipment?

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. From there, you can see the real-time location of your package and its estimated delivery time.

Is shipping free?

Yes, above a certain order amount, shipping is completely free throughout mainland Spain and continental Portugal. For small orders or special areas (Balearic Islands), a shipping fee applies, which is automatically calculated in the cart before confirming payment.

What happens if the package arrives damaged or items are missing?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, photograph the condition of the package upon opening it and contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt. We will process the claim with the carrier and send you the affected items at no additional cost.
