How long does it take for a Telecajas order to arrive?

Estimated delivery times

Normally, your Telecajas order takes between 24 and 48 business hours in the Peninsula. For shipments to the Balearic Islands , delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days , depending on the carrier and the area. (We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.)

  • Time limits are counted in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take a little longer.
  • If an item indicates a reservation or special deadline , shipping will begin when it is available.

Where is my order? (Tracking)

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link . You can use this link to view the real-time status of your order.

  1. Look for the email with the subject "Your Telecajas order is on its way".
  2. Click on “View tracking” .
  3. Check the estimated date and events of the carrier.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

First, check the tracking link. If 5 business days have passed since the estimated delivery date and there's no update, contact us so we can help you with the carrier.
