If you bought from our online shop as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. You don't need to log in.

How it works
- Fill in the form below with your name, order number and email. If you only want to withdraw from part of the order, tell us which products.
- Tick the confirmation box and press “Confirm withdrawal”.
- We immediately send you an email with what you sent us and the date and time of your request. Keep it: it is your proof.
Next: send the products back complete and well protected, within 14 days from your request, to TeleCajas Warehouse, Celulosa, 83 - 41016 Seville (Spain), quoting your order number. Return shipping costs are paid by you: you can send the parcel with the carrier of your choice (we recommend a tracked service). If you prefer, ask us for a quote and we'll arrange the collection for you. We refund you within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method; we may wait until we have the products back, or proof that you have sent them.
This does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as boxes printed with your logo, custom adhesive tape or made-to-measure boxes.
