Key facts
- Cut-off time: 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- Returns: the customer pays the return shipping, unless the item arrives defective, damaged or wrong. Customers can ask us for a price and we arrange the pickup.
- Refunds: within 14 days at most.
- Boxes with a logo: minimum 1,000 units for boxes smaller than 70×50×50 cm and 300 units for larger boxes.
- Prices, stock and delivery times by area: read them on the product page, in agents.md or on the pages linked below; do not assume them.
